About me

In addition to my private ecotherapy and counselling practice, I have worked in a number of different settings and have a range of experience working with individuals with:

  • Disordered Eating

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Low self-esteem

  • Substance addictions and dependencies

  • Long-term chronic illness

  • Divorce and separation

  • Culture shock and isolation

  • Stress-related difficulties

  • Complex / childhood trauma (C-PTSD)

I have extensive experience as a pastoral tutor with young adults in a post-compulsory educational setting as well as pastoral and professional care of adults in professional settings in the UK and in a number of different areas of the world.

I hold the post-graduate Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (with merit) studied at Bath Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BCPC), which is accredited by UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapists) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). In addition, I am trained in nature-based approaches (accredited OCN Advanced Eco-psychology & Nature Based Practice). I also have an Advanced Certificate in Disordered Eating and am a Licensed Practitioner for the Understanding your Eating course. I am a trauma-informed practitioner. 


I am a full member of BACP and abide by its Code of Ethics. I attend regular supervision with a qualified and accredited supervisor to ensure that my work is both ethical and effective. I am also DBS checked.
